All About GK

Genuine Kennels was founded in March of 2005 and became home to my very first primary breed, the Hurricane Australian Shepherd. Throughout the life of Genuine Kennels, the main name remained the same, but sub kennels were formed, including the current TaraCula and Callalily names you see in my kennel today.

Although I began my Petz kennel with the Hurricane Aussie, my primary breed has shifted around a lot. In the past, I have had primary showing experience with lines of Abnormality Great Danes (V2), Java German Shepherds, Cheetah Border Collies, and Abnormality Dachshunds (V2). I have plenty of secondary experience in showing a multitude of other breeds as well.

All About Ela!

I have becomeknown by the online alias of Ela or Genuine, but my full first name is Pamela. I was born in 1988 in Ontario, Canada, and raised as an outdoors-woman. I enjoy the things that nature has to offer, including camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, snow-machining... and most importantly, Animals!

I am a proud momma to a male Norwegian Elkhound cross named Charlie, adopted from the Northern Dog Lady Rescue of Thunder Bay, Ontario. I am also a mom to a 14 year old female cat named Salomn who I have had since she was a meeger 3 weeks old. My pets are a big part of my life, and I enjoy every minute I can spend with them!
